Welcome to MicMap, operated by MicMap LLC ("MicMap," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the MicMap website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use MicMap. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Account

You may create an account using supported authentication methods, including Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Be responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Content

MicMap allows users to submit content, including but not limited to:

• Reviews
• Ratings
• Photos
• Videos
• Comments
• Profile information
• Other user-generated content

You retain ownership of your content. By posting content, you grant MicMap LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify (such as resizing images), and use your content solely for operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Service.

You represent that:

• You own or have permission to post the content.
• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
• Your content is truthful to the best of your knowledge.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law.
• Harass or threaten others.
• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Upload malware or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Scrape or copy data without permission.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts at our sole discretion.

5. Business Listings

MicMap may display information about businesses, venues, and locations from public or third-party sources. We do not guarantee that listings, hours, pricing, or other information are accurate or current. Business owners may contact us to request corrections where appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

MicMap, the MicMap logo, branding, graphics, software, and all related intellectual property are owned by MicMap LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Subscriptions and Paid Features

Some features may require payment. If you purchase a subscription:

• Fees will be disclosed before purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
• Refunds are governed by applicable law and the policies of the App Store or Google Play where applicable.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Advertising

MicMap may display advertisements or sponsored content. Sponsored listings or promotions may be identified separately from organic content where appropriate. We are not responsible for products or services offered by third-party advertisers.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers including:

• Apple
• Google
• Mapping providers
• Analytics services
• Payment processors

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

11. Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of MicMap at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the fullest extent permitted by law, MicMap LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MicMap LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MicMap LLC and its officers, members, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service;
• Your violation of these Terms; or
• Your infringement of another person's rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we believe continued access presents legal, security, or operational risks. You may delete your account at any time.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and provide notice where required by law. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
