3. Partner sites

MicMap shares performer profiles with partner sites that cover the same local scene, such as Buffalo Comedy. Those sites may show your display name, photo, bio, hometown, and any social links you have added, each linking back to your MicMap profile. Your email address is never shared.

You can turn this off at any time under Partner sites in your profile settings. Mics you host stay listed on partner sites either way — only your name and photo stop appearing with them.

4. Advertising

MicMap may display advertisements or sponsored listings. Advertising partners may receive limited information necessary to display relevant ads, subject to applicable law and your device or browser settings. We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money.

5. Analytics

We may use analytics providers to understand how MicMap is used. These services may collect information such as:

Session duration
Device information
Approximate location
Feature usage
Crash diagnostics

Analytics help us improve MicMap.

Deleting your account may not immediately remove all information from backups or legal records.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you access MicMap from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the Effective Date and provide notice where required by applicable law. Continued use of MicMap after the updated policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Privacy Policy.
